Unable to View Reports

I am not able to view reports on either Chrome or Firefox. Below are the following errors when I look at the developer console:

unreachable code after return statement[Learn More] extensions-combined.js:33:134879
Load denied by X-Frame-Options: does not permit framing. (unknown)
Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. jquery.js:16:38507

index.php:1 Refused to display ‘’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘deny’.
/index.php?/reports/render/2 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

Viewing Report just shows a loading icon

What versions of either browser and how are you trying to view the report?

About:Confif edit might work for FF:

I was able to get it working in Chrome.

I had to modify the following in /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/ssl-params.conf to read Header always set X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN

not sure why firefox is failing

It is working in Firefox now. I had to refresh the page a couple times before it started working.

Hi Kenneth ,

Thank you for the update. Glad you got this working.

I had to comment this section out in order for “test rail data” be display in JIRA.
