Unable to reset password

Hi,

I forgot my testrail password. Every time I request for the password, I do get an immediate email with the link to reset it.

But, as I click on it: it shows to be link expired or invalid link.

How can I work around this issue?

Hi Tushar,

Thanks for your posting. That’s very likely caused by an anti-virus/anti-spam or similar protection plugin as part of your email client or web browser. The reset password link can only be opened once and such plugins may open/check the link/website as part of their anti-virus/anti-spam checks. Do you have the option to temporarily disable the plugin in question, or white-list our emails from @testrail.com and @gurock.com?
