Unable to push to mantis

I am trying to push defects from test Rail to mantis but keep getting the error

Plugin “Mantis” returned an error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘http:///mantis/api/soap/mantisconnect.php?wsdl’ : failed to load external entity “http:///mantis/api/soap/mantisconnect.php?wsdl” .

When I connect to the URL in the message I am taken to Web Service: MantisConnect which list all of the possible Soap Calls that can be used. I have tried with Firefox, Chrome and IE 11.

My Plug-In configuration is below

address=http:///mantis/
user=testrail
password=secret “Full Admin Privileges”

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I am using version 1.2.19-4 of Mantis

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for your posting. Is “mantis” the correct hostname of the Mantis server? Can you please change this to the IP address of the server to see if this makes a difference (maybe there’s some DNS resolution issue on the TestRail server)?

The server name was removed when I posted. I am using the IP in my url

Hi Jamie,

I just saw that you are using three slashes /// after http. Can you check if changing this to just http:// makes a difference?
