Our license will expire soon.
I cannot login into my portal account to extend the license.
Is there another way to extend the license?

Thank you for the post. If you are having trouble logging into the customer portal, you can try using the Forgot Password link to reset your password. If you continue to have issues, I would recommend opening a support request with us by emailing us at contact@gurock.com. This would allow us to communicate better and not need to expose any personal information.
