TestRail makes opening issues slower in Jira

Hello,

We have a Jira instance with TestRail Integration for Jira app.
Everything works fine, but when we are trying to open issues in Jira Search where TestRail is enabled, opening of issues takes about 0.5 seconds more than issues where there is no TestRail.

Could you please tell us, why the TestRail app in Jira can make the delay during opening issues in Jira Search (Detail View)?
Is there what can we do to reduce the delay?

Jira Software Server - v.8.5.7
TestRail Integration for Jira - v.1.0.1.102-70
Testrail v6.2.2.1107

Hi @shanu.mandot,

Yes, the problem still exists.
And I would add that the Jira instance is quite big.
There are many projects, issues, worklogs etc.

Maybe do you know something which we could test or reconfigure for that?
