TestRail - JIRA - Integration: When is a new key necessary?


I’m currently trying to resolve a TestRail - JIRA-Integration problem. We’ve tried every recommended solution, but no resolution so far.
It seems that the bi-directional communication via REST API doesn’t work.

Yesterday, I was told that our TestRail - environment has been moved to another network zone.
I wanted to ask you, whether this has an influence on the bi-directional communication and if it is necessary to create a new key in such a case?
