Can you please help me with next thing:
I am trying to install TestRail and I can start the installation wizard but I can not move from step one. The “Checking installation files” is running, and finish after 15 minutes with message:
Error (details below), but I can not see any specific details why this error occurred.
Version of TestRail is 4.0.4.3277, windows 7 32-bit

( please note that we do not support Windows 7/8 for TestRail installations in general and we recommend using a Windows Server system or Linux/Unix instead:
