Hi, we have TestRail Cloud and I can’t get the email notifications to work. I’ve enabled them in the Administration settings, and everything appears to be correct. However, when I assign tests to users, they don’t get any email notification at all. Any advice?
Thanks for your posting! TestRail automatically sends an email if you assign a test (not to yourself but to another person) and this would work out of the box. Could you please check your spam folders in case the emails were marked as spam? Please also make sure that the other users don’t have email notifications disabled under My Settings. We are also happy to check our email logs if you could send the relevant email addresses and Cloud instance address via email to our help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
