Test rail causing issues after jira upgrade

Hello we have Testrail plugin installed in our jira instance. we’ve upgrded it yesterday since then test rail is causing issues. we’ve tested by disabling the addon and jira issues show up properly and able to update them. If test rail is enabled unable to access issues from the projects that have test rail enabled.
