Hello Robert,

Thanks for your posting! This error indicates that the disk / partition on your MySQL database server is full and that no disk space is left. Please contact your TestRail administrator to look into this and we are also happy to help in case you/your IT has any questions.

Cheers,
Tobias

@tgurock thanks for your fast reply.
The error is clear for me.
But it would be nice to have a list of known error code which we can add to our knowledge base for our Admin and other DEV Colleagues

Thx
Robert

Hello Robert,

If you see a generic 500 error, then this is usually a low-level error (such as an error on the database side as in your case) and TestRail passes this directly to the client in most cases to make it easy to analyze and resolve issues (the error message is then part of the response). It’s difficult to compile a complete/comprehensive list of possible errors unfortunately because this is outside of TestRail’s control and involves networks, databases, file systems and possibly other areas.

Possible 4xx errors (client side errors) on the other hand are fully documented as part as of the API documentation.

Cheers,
Tobias
