System log is empty


Hi all,

We are extremely satisfied with using testrail!
Our installation went well and testrail is running without any troubles.
However we noticed one small problem with our installation, our system log is currently empty.
What could be the reason for this?

Thanks for your posting and great to hear that you enjoy TestRail :slight_smile:

It’s expected that the system log is empty as this would only show/record exceptions/errors by default (expected or unexpected), such as possible issues with the database connection.
