Request Owner is required

Hi All

We have alot of rest exceptions. We set push fields “priority”=off and passed this one but below customfields still have exception. Could you say right permission for jira and test rail. How can we do success?

Hi @sezgin,

Thanks for your posting! his means that your JIRA has some mandatory custom fields configured and TestRail isn’t able to add new issues on the Push Defect dialog for this reason. You can configure and add your custom fields to the Push Defect dialog as follows:
