Rally integration with TestRail

Hi,

I’m trying to integrate Rally with TestRail.
The problem I’m facing is while accessing “Push” for defect within the “Add Result” dialog.
All I see is a dialog box stating “Undefined property: stdClass::$Editors”

TestRail is hosted in cloud and I’m using the trial version.

I have already selected the “Rally” plugin under Integration - Defect Plugin
Also have specified the configuration steps as under:
; Please configure your Rally connection below.
; Note: requires Rally API v1.40 or later.

Hello @montyscorp,

This will take some investigation and screenshots from your end. Please send in a ticket at contact@gurock.com

Thanks!

Thanks for the prompt response. I have already submitted one under the Contact Us page.

@denriquez Is there a way we can solve it here, since I see no response from “contact us”? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Is there any other thread that has solved this?
I couldn’t find anything relevant to make this work.
I’m in a little time crunch since we’re doing a POC on this to decide whether to go forward with Testrail or look for some other product.

If someone could help me figure this out or point me to any existing thread would be helpful.
Thanks in advance!
