Plugin "Jira_REST" returned an error: Failed to connect to jira.xxxxxx port 443: Connection refused

#1

Good morning!

I have just integrated TestRail with Jira.
I have tried to create a defect during a test run by clicking in the defect text field the option “Push”. When I do it, It has displayed an error stating “Plugin “Jira_REST” returned an error: Failed to connect to jira.primary port 443: Connection refused”

If I click in the option “Add” in the same text field in TestRail, it opens Jira, and if I create the defect from there, the defect won’t be linked to defect.

I don’t know What is wrong. What should I do? I need the defect to be linked to the test case that I have failed in TestRail.

Thanks in advance,

Rosana
