We are getting errors when I set up a new user and when I click the password reset button. It looks like TestRail is unable to send emails at the moment.
The error messages being received are:
- When setting up the user: “The user was added successfully but an error occurred while sending the invitation email. The user can request a new password on the Forgot Password page if needed. You can send a manual email to the user”.
2: When sending a reset password email: “An error occured while sending reset password email”.
Can you look into why this might be please?
