Pager broken in Reports

#1

Is it a known issue that the pager is broken in reports? After selecting a different page than the first, the bar disappears completely and I can no longer select a page.

#2

I reported the same issue a while back, unfortunately they were unable to reproduce it and I haven’t had time to attempt to figure out why.

Hello Logan, Glenn,

Thanks for your posting. We will make sure to review this again. Does this occur every time you select a different page or just with a specific amount of reports, for example?

Regards,
Tobias

Hi Tobias,

In our case, we have 3 out of ~20 projects that have enough reports to enable pagination of this page.

One of those projects only has 2 pages of reports, and the others have well over 5 pages. It doesn’t matter if we click “Next” or any of the available numbers on any page with pagination; the pagination links will always disappear.

h1-pagination class before clicking:

<span class="h1-pagination">
    <span id="sharedPaginationBusy" class="hidden"><img src="images/animations/progressInline.gif" width="16" height="9" alt=""></span>
    <span id="sharedPagination">
        « Prev <span class="pagination-current">1</span>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 15); return false;">2</a>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 30); return false;">3</a>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 45); return false;">4</a>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 60); return false;">5</a>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 75); return false;">6</a>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 15); return false;">Next</a>
                          <a class="pagination-link" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="this.blur(); App.Reports.loadShared(24, 165); return false;">»</a>
        </span>
</span>

When I click any of the buttons, the html changes like so:

<span class="h1-pagination">
    <span id="sharedPaginationBusy" class="hidden" style="display: none;"><img src="images/animations/progressInline.gif" width="16" height="9" alt=""></span>
    <span id="sharedPagination">
    </span>
</span>
