Not getting a support email reply from us?

Hello,

some customers are unable to receive our replies to their support requests by email from time to time. As we answer all support requests within one business day, if you do not receive a reply in one day, please check your spam folder and whitelist @gurock.com.

As spam filters get more aggressive and emails more unreliable, there is unfortunately not a lot we can do about this. If you still have problems getting in touch with us, please use this forum or our support form:

Hi ,

I have been getting status code 429 for some of my add_result_for_case API . I know that its due to the rate limiting . The solution suggested is to use the Retry-After header in Response . But I am not receiving Retry-After header in the response . Please suggest a remedy for this problem
