New users did not received email notification

Hi all,

I created TestRail users today. Gave them correct access. But even after waiting for more than an hour, the users have not received the email notification to login to TestRail.

I tried to “forget” these users and re-do the user provisioning for them. But still can’t get the email. I then forced them to change password but that didn’t work either.

Please help.
