we noticed issues with the Mantis integration and believe they might be caused by special characters that were used in the respective Mantis passwords (letters like: š œ ÿ). These passwords were fine for a direct login to Mantis, but not for connecting to Mantis from TestRail.
We’re admittedly still on TestRail 184.108.40.20672.
Is this a configuration issue or maybe a bug?
