Managing long lists of projects

#1

I’m wondering if there’s a way to manage a long list of projects.

We would typically have 5 re-occuring active projects and 2-3 new ones that we would work on for a specific time, then close them. This could grow the list of projects on the dashboard quite quickly, and I would like to hide the closed projects and keep only the active ones on the dashboard.

Is there currently such a feature, or a way to hide “completed” projects?

thanks,

Hello Rami,

You can already hide projects by removing access to the project from users. If a user doesn’t have access to a project, then the project is not displayed on the dashboard page for the user. To to do this, simply select No Access for the Default Access dropdown on the Access tab when you edit a project.

We are also looking into adding an option to mark projects as completed so they are displayed in a more compact way on the dashboard page. But to completely hide a project, the above mentioned approach is the way to go.

I hope this helps.
