LogObject and tkClass

Hey guys,

how do you solve the problem of LogObject and properties of type tkClass? When I’m logging the data of a TSQLConnection, it misses the tkClass properties, like the Params property (TStringList)

Any plans to add suppor to it very soon?

Hi Jackson,

Thanks for your posting! The LogObject method and the corresponding view/control in the Console only supports one hierarchy level and no nested objects. It’s possible to use a custom method and a different control to implement this and you could use the LogObject method as basis for this. A step by step guide for implementing custom methods can be found in SmartInspect’s online help under Working with SmartInspect | Extending the Libraries.

I hope this helps!
