LDAP integration with multiple servers

We have TestRail integrated with our organizations LDAP directory server by setting the below parameters in the AD integration script.

define(‘AUTH_HOST’, ‘ldaps://ad.pb.com’);
define(‘AUTH_PORT’, 636);
define(‘AUTH_DN’, ‘ou=managed,DC=ad,DC=pb,DC=com’);
define(‘AUTH_DOMAIN’, ‘AD’);
define(‘AUTH_CREATE_ACCOUNT’, true);
define(‘AUTH_FALLBACK’, true);
define(‘AUTH_MEMBERSHIP’, ‘/^CN=TestRail-Users,/’);

After our organizations acquisition we need to provide access to the other organizations users as well. How to we enable access to users from multiple ldap servers with different domains

Hi nverma,

Thank you for posting! The standard auth.php example script we provide for LDAP integration does not support connecting to multiple LDAP servers at the moment. That said, the full authentication integration is included within the auth.php script, so this can be customized as needed for your team’s specific use case. We don’t have any specific examples to provide for this type of authentication script, but you can review our general customization guide as a starting point if you plan to make these types of changes:

I hope this helps!
