Jira REST Plugin Not working

After setting up the Jira REST Plugin we are getting errors when trying to push an issue to Jira.

UI ERROR:

Web Service ERROR:
POST http://testrail.X.com/index.php?/defects/ajax_prepare_push 500 (Internal Server Error) jquery.js:23

Has anyone seen this issue? We aren’t seeing any errors in the system log.

Hello Ryan,

Thanks for your posting. This looks as if you have a PHP module installed that conflicts with TestRail. Could you please run a phpinfo and send us the output via email?
