Using version: TestRail v6.7.2.1037

On pushing the defect from test rail on JIRA , I keep getting an error for a specific field
I read in some previous posts that the issue has been fixed already.

Could you pls help me understand what the issue is here and how can we fix it?

Hey Aarti,

Welcome to the TestRail Community, and thanks for your post.

This error likely appears when we are pushing a field to a Jira project which does not have that specific field. This could also be a permissions issue.

Could you please check in Jira if you have the ‘Versions’ field enabled for the specific project you are pushing the defect to and you have the required permissions for that specific project?

Thank you for your response.
I was not using the right schema for this issue type.

I have updated my Project settings and now it’s working fine. Thanks for the insight
