Jira admin has changed Project ID - now we can't see Testrail!

I’m hoping someone can help me out. Our Jira admin has changed the ID for one of the Jira projects from XXX to YYY. When clicking on the XXX-12345 ticket in References in Testrail, we go to the correct ticket, but the ticket in Jira does not have the link back to Testrail.

Is there a way to “bulk” change the issues in Testrail to match the new Jira ID?
