Issue with TestRail/Jira Integration on Chrome

We’ve been having an issue when trying to view TestRail cases through Jira in Chrome. When clicking on the case, it says “You are not logged in to TestRail. Please log in to use the integration”. When we click the “Log in to TestRail” button, the user is already logged in. We’ve cleared cookies and tried it again, as well as allowed 3rd party cookies in Chrome. Doesn’t work in Incognito mode either.

We’re having the same issue. Allowed third-party cookies, and tried with all extensions disabled. But it works in FireFox.

We’ve contacted Testrail support, has anyone else?

  3. Restart Chrome

It is not Chrome specific - it was a new standard that all browsers have to go to:
