Is Refund for users possible?

Good morning,

Accidently I added a lot of users to my TestRail account who didn’t even activate those accounts.

The problem I had credit-card linked up and it charged me for 16 users when we were using only 2 accounts.

Does anybody have a problem like this in the past? Is there any possibility to ask TestRail managers for a refund or at least moving that charged amount for the next months?

I would be grateful for any advise in this matter

Contact support via the main TR contact us page an they will get it to an account manager.
