Installation on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS: The requested URL /testrail/ was not found

#1

I am trying to install TestRail on an Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS server. I have completed the instructions here:

When I open a browser and go to https://mytestrailserver.domain.com/ I get the Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page. However, when I go to https://mytestrailserver.domain.com/testrail/ to start the TestRail installation, I get: The requested URL /testrail/ was not found on this server.

I have unzipped the TestRail zip to:
$ ls /var/www/testrail/
app custom images install.txt sys vendors
bin db index.html js task.php version.txt
css files.md5 index.php run.php testrail-license-en.pdf

Any suggestions on what is going wrong?

Hi David,

Since we have also had communication by email, I will continue to work with you through email instead of the forum.

Thanks,
Jon
