Inactive users are not shown in the filter for a custom field


We have a custom field of type “User” for Test Cases. Each test cases is assigned some or other user and its a mandatory field. Some of the users are set as Inactive and trying to filter out the test cases of all the “Inactive” users, unfortunately the “Filter” does not show the InActive users, though your “Group By”/Sort field shows them.

This seems to be a defect, please address it.


Same applies for filtering on test case fields “created by” and “updated by”
