[HttpException] Could not resolve host: <your-server>



I have an issue connecting TestRail to Jira in so much as I am unable to hover over the issue type without receiving the following error:

Plugin “Jira_REST” returned an error: Could not resolve host: ‘’

I’ve tried configuring the URLS and tried both the domain name and IP address. I’ve added my (admin) username and password to the config to see if that did anything (it didn’t)

I can click on the issue and see the issue in Jira and also the create works. However the hover over the issue type produces this error.
