How to Stop Testers assigning tests?

How do I stop a Tester assigning tests?

Someone has gone into the Test Run and assigned all the tests to themselves.

In the Administration

1. TesterTim has Tester Role
2. Project has Default Access set to Read Only
3. TesterTim has Tester Project Access
4. No Groups have Project Access
5. I have edited Tester Rights so they can’t add or edit Runs or Plans
   
   

However I am still able to assign Tests to me

How can I stop them Assigning the tests, it is a pain when it affects a lot of tests.

It is a shame it cannot be removed, as like other posters on here it can be a nightmare when you have large test runs with dozens of tests and testers
