Hiding Test Result

#1

Hi All,

Is there anyway to hide the test results in test rail for particular users.

Hello Mohamed,

Thanks for your reply! You can set a project’s Default Access to ‘No Access’ and this would essentially hide the project from any user unless you give the user project level access (under Administration > Projects > Edit Project > Access tab). That said, as long as the user has some type of role in the project (even just the read-only role), then they would be able to review the results of the project. There isn’t a separate ‘view’ permission for this, so you would just need to restrict the user from accessing the project in order to hide the results. You can learn more about TestRail’s permissions on our website here:

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Marco
