"get_results_for_run" API sometimes misses to extract the results of random test cases

I am using “get_results_for_run” in my automation framework written in python to extract the test results of a Run. I have written a logic where i read the First 250 entries and use offset to keep reading the next 250 entries till i get less than 250 entries. In this way i am able to get the results for all the test cases of a Run.

But this method does not work for some run id’s. Sometimes it does not return all the results entries so i have to use " get_results" API for test cases where the results are missing.

Is there a simple way to get the result entries in one call ? and want to know if i am doing something wrong.
