Gateway timeout from web based app?

Hi,

I’m currently getting a 504 gateway time-out when trying to access the web based application. Anyone else running in to this?

Can you try and reload again? We got the same time-out. It seems to be working again.

Thank you for the posts! We did have a brief TestRail Cloud outage affecting a small subset of customers. These customers received a 504 error message when trying to access their TestRail Cloud instances.

Our system administrators were able to have the issue resolved within 15 minutes of the first error received. Your TestRail Cloud account should be fully functional and I’m sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused.
