Fail to login to TestRail Cloud Created for my webAddress

HI,
I have confirmed my TestRail account for cloud, it directly routed to my Dashboard Screen with any Login.
When I try to change my Password in “My Settings” it is asking for current password for verification, which I haven’t received for my first login.

Please help out to reset my Password, so that I can try to login in New Machine.
