Export and Backup Testcases- cancel subscription

Hello,

I had cancelled a subscription and I want to export the test cases.

When I tried to save the test cases I got the message: 'A new export is currently being created and will be available within the next few minutes. ', but I am waiting the time but my export is not saved.

Can you help me?

Hi andadeacu,

Thank you for posting! Once a subscription is cancelled, the export functionality would no longer work. Please send your account name and customer number (denoted as K#####) to the support team at contact@gurock.com and we can then assist you with exporting your backup.
