Error in generating the report

When we tried to generate the report we encountered this problem.

No report directory configured.

Hi,

Thanks for your posting. You would need to configure a report directory in TestRail’s administration area under Administration > Site Settings (Application tab). This is the directory where TestRail would store the generated reports and TestRail needs write access to this directory.
