I had an autogenerated report that shows and error instead of showing the report. I recreated the report and it seems fine now. The problem was that it never email out etc… Any idea why this would happen on the cloud version.
The error message is saying the HDD that the reports are stored on was full at the time the report was generated.
Yea i understand but since we are using the hosted solution i thought that errors like these would not show up and is proactively being taken care of by TestRail admins.
Maybe it was an amazon issue but it was annoying as my reports did not auto generate.
There was a temporary issue with the reports but this is now resolved and you can simply rerun the reports (this re-generates the reports with the same configuration).
