Email Notifications not sent

Hello everyone,
Email notifications not getting sent for Test results / Test Assignments. Have enabled the global setting and the user based setting anf have subscribed to the test run as well. No luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Am using the cloud version.

Hi Dinesh,

Thanks for your posting. Email notifications are only generated for actions of other users, so you wouldn’t get an email notification if you assign a test to yourself, for example. Can you please also check your spam folder and add @testrail.com/testrail.net to your email whitelist?
