Display Font Color in Test Case Steps

Hi all,
I have a question, can we have any tips/tricks to add in test steps for changing font color?
Like, I would like to add a step i.e.

Tag font colors are displaying in the following pattern

• Red for “NEW” tag
• Green for “CLEARANCE” tag
• Gray for “OUT OF STOCK” tag

In that case, I wont to display the term Red in red color, Green in green color, and Gray in gray color respectively.

Is this possible?
