Custom CSS is not been read by testrails

I add this but test rail is no reading it, am I missing a step?
`name: Custom CSS
description: override CSS
author: Oscar Quinteros
version: 0.1
includes: ^dashboard
excludes:

js:
$(document).ready(
function() {

}

);

css:
.markdown strong {
color: #303030 !important;
}`

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! Can you let me know which element and page you’re attempting to update in TestRail? I can see you have the ‘includes:’ property set to ‘^dashboard’ and this would mean that the CSS you’ve wrote would only take effect in the Dashboard page in TestRail. For it to take effect in all pages, you can remove the ‘^dashboard’ from the ‘includes:’ option and save.

Hope this helps!

That worked, the CSS is for the test cases section. (Under the Test Cases tab)
