Cannot View Attachments on Test Cases



My work currently use Testrail. We have noticed when users will attach a screenshot to the testcase that has failed, when IT attempt to view the attachment it will not allow us.

Is there a setting that we have to enable? I cannot seem to find a straight answer on the forum, hoping someone will be able to assist.

Look at the permissions for the folder the Attachments are being stored in. For the directory look at the Administration --> Site Settings --> Application - Attachment Directory.
