Cannot get the support reply for TestRail Server users again

Hello Support,

We are TestRail Server users. I sent the support mail via contact@gurock.com contact@gurock.com at 01/21 and resent the mail at 01/23 & 01/25 to report the creating the customized filed failed issue. But we don’t get the support response so far.

please help to check it?
