Cannot add configurations

Hello,

I’ve created a test plan and added test runs, and want to add configurations. When I click on the button, a panel appears but with no content and with no ‘Add group’ button as seen in the training video. I’ve checked permissions (I’m an admin) and the role I’m assigned “Lead”, has the ‘Configurations’ Add/Edit and Delete options checked.

Please advise how else I can enable permissions to be able to use the configurations feature.

Just figured it out! Posting answer here in case it’s useful for others. So there are user roles, which is what I had looked at before, but there is also what is called “project roles”. In the project I was looking at, I was not assigned a role. I’ve changed these permissions now and seems to be working.
