Attachments directory is not writable when importing CSV

Hello. We’ve been using testrail for years, but a user reported that they are unable to import a .csv file getting the error “Attachments directory is not writable”. My question is - where does one define the credentials used by testrail to connect to the attachments directory? In our case it’s a remote file share. I logged into our testrail host and a see that there a valid credentials set for “physical path credentials” in IIS advanced settings for the testrail site, however, I’m not sure if this is the user that testrail tries to use to access the attachments directory or not.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!

Please disregard. The share was out of free space.
