Again and again deactivated/de-installing Backlground Task

We use TestRail and we installed Background task on our virtual machine.
After few days of working, we have a message: Background task is not installed …

We activate this via http://docs.gurock.com/testrail-admin/howto-background-task

But it’s working a few days and problem back again.
After that, we must check in windows task scheduler and run it again.
This situation is repeatable.

Is there some solution to this situation?

We have not had that issue without our install - all I can suggest is to make sure the task is set up properly and set up to run indefinitely. Outside of that - not sure what to suggest other than email Gurock Support. They may want to see screenshots of the setup Windows Task to go over that…
