Activity Report shows same results even when no activity

I am running a daily activity report to see what cases have been created and what has changed each day. I set it to only look at the current day.

However, even on weekends, or at 4am in the morning, the chart shows that there have been new cases created and updated.

Note that it’s the SAME results for every day that does not have activity. It seems there are some cases that are stuck as “new”.

On a day with no activity:

However, when you scroll down, there are no changes listed:


Am I missing something?
