Ability to view if a test case has been assigned to a test run

#1

When adding test cases to a test run (via Test Runs & Results » Edit Test Run - cases tab ) the cases assinged to ‘my’ test run are checked.
However the cases assigned to other runs do not indicate this.
There is no way therefore of identifying if a test case is included in a run other than my one.
This means I can easily not include a case in one of my test runs.

Is there a way of overcoming this please?

Thank you

Hello,

Thanks for your posting. There’s currently no way to see which cases are included in another test run on this page. Usually when you want to test a test suite with multiple people, you would still just start a single test run and then assign tests (or entire sections) to different testers. This way you can easily see all test assignments and test results in a central place. To do this you would simply select tests or sections on the run page and assign the tests via the Assign To button at the bottom of the page.

I hope this helps. Just let me know if you have any further questions about this.

Regards,
Dennis
